Our own flight platform
Proprietary crew software records every flight and handles messaging, booking and more — our modern take on tools like vAMSYS, built in-house.

A modern UK virtual airline built for realism, progression, and pilots who take their flying seriously.
The next step in virtual airlines
AviatesAir is a virtual airline that aims for precision and realism at every stage of the flight. We are a fresh take on what a virtual airline can be — a modern platform where pilots join, progress, and grow together rather than just log hours in isolation.
Based in the UK out of East Midlands, we sit in the sweet spot between low-cost carriers like easyJet and Ryanair and premium flag carriers like Emirates, British Airways and Qatar — professional and polished, but welcoming to pilots of every experience level.
What sets us apart
The features and services we offer our pilots — including, but not limited to:
Proprietary crew software records every flight and handles messaging, booking and more — our modern take on tools like vAMSYS, built in-house.
A seniority-based system where you progress on flight hours — start as a Cadet and work your way up to Captain and beyond.
A mix of freeware and payware aircraft across the fleet, so anyone can get airborne — whatever is in your hangar.
Fly whenever suits you, or switch on optional on-call mode and let dispatch hand you a flight. No fixed hours, no pressure.
A wide network across Europe, plus longer-haul hops reaching other continents — always something new to fly.
Highly detailed AviatesAir liveries — including unique touches like Hues ZCore — to make every aircraft look the part.
A quick and welcoming support team on hand — whether you are troubleshooting or just getting started.
Easy to get started and genuinely beginner-friendly — a great first virtual airline if you are new to flight simming.
Our subsidiaries
AviatesAir mainline is supported by two subsidiaries, each with its own role and fleet.
Our flagship operation — narrowbody and widebody jets flying the core European and long-haul network.
Regional flying on ATR turboprops and narrowbody jets, connecting smaller fields and short city hops.
Our freight arm, hauling cargo across the network on a fleet of Boeing 777 freighters.
Our standards
We ask every pilot to hold a high standard of professionalism — in discussion on our Discord server and in their conduct on online networks such as VATSIM. It is what keeps AviatesAir a respectful, rewarding place to fly, and what earns our callsigns their reputation on the network.
Read our policies & SOPs →AviatesAir is a VATSIM Discord Virtual Airline Partner — the first step toward becoming a fully official VATSIM VA. You are never required to fly online, but when you do, our registered callsigns are easier for controllers to handle than those of non-partner airlines.

“AviatesAir began as our Founder’s dream and grew from a small Python project into the airline you see today. As head of the technical department, I’ve been building it in the background since November 2025 — and it’s been incredible to watch it come to life. We’re preparing to open our doors properly, and we’d love to welcome you onboard the future of virtual airlines.”
— Dexter Rees, Head of Technical Department
